ive been reading some of your posts, and im very interested in the full potential cream. i had some questions about it because im still a newbie at this.

1. are the results permenant or do i need to keep using the cream for the rest of my life.

2. how dramatic are the results on average?

3. how exactly does the cream work?

4. will the cream cause acne on my chest? (i have acne-prone skin)

5. i am currently on the depo shot, and from what ive read, its okay to use the FP cream, but i just wanted to make sure :)

6. what are the side effects of the FP cream?

thank you so much for your help!

1. are the results permenant or do i need to keep using the cream for the rest of my life.

Aswer: You have to use PM for about 6 months to get your personal "full potential" from it . Then we suggest that you use another 3 months at reduced dosage as a maintainance phase. Then the results you have should be relatively permanent for most women.

2. how dramatic are the results on average?

Answer: This largely dpends on genetic. If you have a potential to get a lot bigger then the PM will have more dramatic results. Look at your mother and sisters...are they bigger? If they are it is likely that you will have more dramatic results than someone who is genetically small breasted. Use the product regularly and be patient however...the RATE at which we grow is different for all of us.

3. how exactly does the cream work?

Answer: The Cream works simply as a "delivery system" for the PM. The PM contains two very unique compounds..miroestrol and deoxymiroestrol (PM cultivars or hibred plants have more than wild plants). These compounds are bio-identical to your own estradiol and fit neatly into the receptor cites in breast tissue and cause physiologic changes similar to what happens in puberty when your breasts start to develope.

4. will the cream cause acne on my chest? (i have acne-prone skin)

Answer: No - if it does switch to a different brand. But it shouldn't

5. i am currently on the depo shot, and from what ive read, its okay to use the FP cream, but i just wanted to make sure :)

Answer: It is perfectly ok to use the creams while on the depo shot. (Provera) AS far as the pills...this is a bit more controversial...my opinion is that is is ok to use PM Pills with the all progesterone Provera shot and the all progesterone implant device. It is just not good to use PM PILLS with traditional BC pills with mixed estrogens and progestins.

6. what are the side effects of the FP cream?

Aswer: I have not heard of any side effects of the cream...other than the desired effects..sensation of tingling, fullness, heavyness in the breast. If you were allergic to any ingredient in the cream then you might get a rash...then you would stop using it.

I hope this helps.

I was using St Herb for four months and ran out. In two weeks shrunk back down to size before starting creams.

If it really has a lasting or permanent effect, I certainly didn't experience it. In fact, Deb from Ebay says she uses cream/spray 3 times a day.

Deb, how long have you been using the stuff? Your Ebay ads say you can cut back to 1 x daily after 6 months. If that's true, why then do you use it 3 times a day?

Was that St Herb pills you were using or the cream?...either way that is very discouraging as I am just starting to use the St Herb cream. I hope I don't get all excited about bigger boobs only to stop using the cream later down the road and have them deflate again.
