I know this has been asked before, but wasn't answered in the old threads I viewed...Does anyone take vitex with PM pills?
I know you can't take BCP while taking the PM pills, and PM products can throw your periods off so does that mean your hormones are a little out of balance? I only ask this as I am only using Blossom S soap, contemplating trying pills, but my period came early and after 5 days I am still having slight bleeding. Does anyone take any other kind of supplement like calcium or geletin?

I know calcium and gelatin are very important for NBE, so I have been drinking soy milk (high in protein and calcium) and having chicken feet soup (Gelatin) everyday, hopefully I will see some growth soon.
I'm trying to stay with PM alone for an other month or so to see what happened, I am planning to add borage oil, multivitamin and calcium tablets for a boost in a month time. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the response Babe. Interesting that you are taking BCP and experiencing irregular periods. I was wondering about that. I am thinking about taking the pills. I am only using magnets, PM soap, and PM cream and massaging and I have seen more fullness and roundness to the boobs. Since I started the PM soap my period was early and longer. I guess that is me adjusting to the new product...That is some high concentrated soap!!!
I take a multivitamin, B-complex and Geletin and was thinking about adding calcium. Soy products are out for me due to thyroid. I also try to eat lots of peanuts and peanut butter...I am a very picky eater. Do you have a program page anywhere? I keep a diary on my computer.

Boobie unfriendly foods
May 11 2008, 6:44 AM
Hi Kekie
I also found this from Fengshiu's programme, it is good to know.
List of "boobie unfriendly foods", just try to avoid them, BUT NO NEED TO GET PARANOID!!!!!!!!!
I cheat once in a while, and I don't eat too much of them. it won't hurt if just a little.
BEER, ice cold drink or food (such as ice cream....sorry, girls), grapefruit, pinapple, watermelon, honeydew melon, chinese cabbage, bamboo, kiwi, coconut, pear, fresh chinese date(jujube), tomato, orange, strawberry, chives, leeks
not too bad, right?
however, tomato is okay if it's cooked.

PM soaps
May 11 2008, 7:18 AM
Hi Kekie
I'm not on BCP anymore, please read my previous topic under "No Periods", my last period was late for 4 days, it only last for 1 day, I still have no periods for this month, it's 2 weeks overdue now, if I still have no periods I think I might need to take a break.
How did you find with the PM soaps? Where did you get it from? How long have you been using PM soap and cream? I've been on NBE for one & a half month now, I don't see any changes at all, the PM soaps sounds like more concentrated and effective, I am thinking of trying the soap, hopes I will get better respond with the soap.
I found Blossom S soap by reading posts here in the forum and bought it from e-bay. I have been using it going on 3 weeks now and it seems to be making a differnce. I am always afraid when I see a difference that makes me think my milk is coming back in since I am 6 months post nursing. Here is the link to the soap if you want to read about it:

I have been doing Magnets for 2 months and using some wild yam cream that doesn't seem to work so I stopped using it. I am going to start using St Herb PM cream as soon as I get it. So I am using the soap and magnets only right now and applying jergens age defying lotion...its a multivitamin moisturizer with antioxidents; soon to add PM cream. I am not on BCP but think I might start because of menstrual problems (before NBE). The soap has made a difference for me, if nothing else it has made them fuller (rounder and wider). My big boob is reacting faster than my little one there is a 1 inch measurable difference in width

Re: PM USERS

That blossoms soap sounds great can you mix that with herbs that are taken internally?
yes, you can definitely use the soap and the pills. When i ordered st.herb, it has a pamphlet that tells you programs of their products, and basically using topicals and ingesting herbs is recommended for max. benefits
IT is a good idea to use the soap in along with any NBE program you are on. Use with the cream or other herbs especially the non-estrogenic herbs...I say non-estrogenic herbs because you don't want to mix PM with a lot of other phytoestrogens. This only dilutes the miroestrol and deoxymiroestrol phytoestrogens in the PM. I hope I didn't confuse anyone there. I mean take Pueraria and other herbs if you like, but don't take other phytoestrogens if on PM.
A lot of women ask me if it is "too much" to use the soap with the cream...The answer is no it is not too much...use the soap with the cream , spray, serums or what ever other topicals you want. They are "synergistic". They work together very well. This is not meant to be a sales pitch. IT is just a frequently asked question that I get and it is easier to answer all at once than to write dozens of emails.
Come by and get your soap if you don't already have some at

Soap with creams and Herbs....etc
May 23 2008, 4:09 AM
I think my body is weird (and I've mentioned this before in here) that I was using the soap then I stopped for a week and then when I started again I was spotting really bad for all the days leading up to my period. I have no idea what that was about. I use the PM cream now, and it's gotten better. Also, the soap was making me severely crampy, and I could only use it once a day because twice a day made me really nauseated. I only use the cream once too, cause I don't know what twice would do to me and I don't want to find out right now since I'm on my period. So ok, the end!
Ooooh! That makes sense not to put it on my stomach. Weird! I guess cause the soap works locally, like wherever you put it it's going to effect that area. Duh. I'll start using the soap after my period is over and see if it gets better. Thanks!
I use the soap on my face because it tightens the skin, reduces wrinkles and makes me look younger (at least I think so). I am going to be 38 in 2 weeks so I am not terribly old and wrinkled but I think the soap makes a difference.

Wow that's sounds good, how does it feel on your face? Wouldn't the PM soap dry out your skin like other soap dose? Do you know pm.co.uk also sell skincare? Their products sounds good too, want to give it a try but I have so many skincare products at home, need to wait until I finish them.
The soap does dry out the face so I only use it once a day at night before bed then I get up the next morning and use a moisturising sunblock which helps. I have naturally oily skin anyway.
