Well I don't know how much help I will be but I tried it 4 months post lactation. I chewed it for 1 1/2 days and started seeing milk so it definately did something. Obviously I had to quit chewing it. Did you try searching the forum for info on zoft gum? I got it off e-bay quite cheap.

Just an opinion, but I think there are easier ways of getting PM than doing all that chewing.
