I think I'd like to try PM..Can I use PM with my Premarin (estrogen) ? Dr told me to stay away from progesterone, because without my uterus it raises my cancer risk and is not needed without the uterus. Has it helped at all with menopause symptoms, sex drive, hot flashes etc etc ? The premarin is taking care of most of them but a little boast would be nice too.

Is the cream or soap as good as the pills ? Where can I buy it and which brand is best ? Can I mix my greenbush extracts with the PM ?

I found PM at first made me feel like a had morning sickness then it eased off. yes hot flushes gone , sore boobs =growth/ fullness
shiny hair better nails and skin but more tendancies to crave foods .
I have much less dicipline with what i choose to eat when on PM.

Thanks jelly that helps Premarin is a perscription hormone replacement therapy , its estrogen. I was soo grossed out when I found out they make it from pregnant horse urine..but hey it works..not too different than BO. I'll ask and see if any other girls take it..now I'm curious.
