Almost 3 months into NBE still not seeing any results, I've put on about 2-3 kgs and my periods messed up, getting disappointed.......

I have only been on NBE for 1month and had results now leveling off. Not as swollen and tender as in the beginning. So I hear your cries. I know they say you have to wait 6 months but I feel you should of had some response by now, don't you? Maybe it is time to switch. What are you taking??

Thanks for your respond, it's very disappointed to hear many girls got some results within 2 months, and here I am trying everything and put lots of effort still no progress except gained about 3kg. have messed up periods and decrease in sex drive....... anyway I am taking Ainterol PM 500mg x2 daily, massage with the spray and cream from pm.co.uk x2, been drinking at least 2 cups of soy milk everyday, have chicken feet soup, been doing all that for over 2 months, still no result so I've added calcium for a boost, still nothing.....a week ago I've added fenugreek, EPO, Omega 3-6-9 and Ginkgo and hoping it may works.

Wow Babe you really are giving it a good effort! Don't be discouraged...remember NBE is a long process.
March 12 was my NBE start date. I started using a cream and magnets. didn't see much difference except for a lift from the magnets but when you have small boobs it really wasn't that impressive. March I tried zoft gum but it stimulated milk production. It wasn't until April that I added geletin and blossom s soap and this month I added collegen. I still can't bring myself to buy those HUGE calcium pills they just look hard to swallow. If I continue to get no results I will throw in calcium tablets. Well I can't say no results because the soap did make the larger boob more round and fuller looking, but no measurable outward difference. It is little boob who is lagging behind. If both boobs were the same like my left breast which is a very full B I would be happy, but continue with the NBE. Hang in there.

I guess the only thing you can do it keep it up for another 3 months and switch to FP or WU, or something else popular. I don't know much about the product you are on. Find a kineseologist in your area, get an appointment have him check the supplements with your bodies muscle reaction. I am taking mine in this week to have it checked. They use metagenics and have supplements for mammory glands for enhancement. When I talked with my chiro/kineseologist he actually said ladies come in all the time looking for these supplements. It won't hurt to check it out. I totally trust my dr. I didn't know he had these until I was already on FP,

The only other girl I heard of using the Ainterol brand had bad period disruption and I think migraines and chest pains (and no boob growth) so maybe just buy a different brand PM or have a break for a bit then try a different brand.

hey babe...i feel ur disappointment, same here, i dont think i see any results other than more swollen b4 my last period. so im thinking lets finish the 3rd mth, and if still no result, maybe we should try another brand?
sigh...too hard to get some boobs, the fats are just always at the right place. I've added some protein later, still no results. I dont wanna keep on adding more and more pills..tears tears T.T

I'm not giving up just yet, I'm just having a sad moment.........I'm trying to finish what I have, cos I spent a lots on herbs, cream, foods and time, then I will do a cleanse & detox for 20 days and restart my program again, hopefully I will lose that 3kg I've put on and let my system ready for my next program, I may give WU or Greenbush a shot.

I reali dont see any results, too hard to grow boobs-.- so you are going to have a break and try something else later? I dont know if a break is good, what if our body is starting building some tissues and suddently you stop the PM, would it defeat the progress if there is any? I am not sure what to try next after im done with my 3rd mth, so much disappointing. jst like you did, spend so much time, money, and effort into this, but..

They are not the same. Kineseology is also know as human Kinetics or human movement, how the body functions and moves. He has been trained in supplementation, which food has energy and reacts to it. So If the body doesn't need the supplement it will not react. hope that helps Jackie

Lily, I still have another 2 months supply to go, let see if I have any progress by then........Good Question, I know many girls here do a liver cleanse when they are taking breaks, I know it is important to flush all the waste and toxic out of the body, but I really don't know why they do that, I guess our body will absorb better from the herbs after the cleanse, I may need to look into that. Let's pray for our boobies to grow.........

what kind of magnet therapy did you do for the lift....positive(south) or negative (north)? I am researching this way and want to know, cause some people use both...Also, where did you get your magnets? I am thinking about ordering the DA2 from k&j magnets. Did you notice the "lift" right away, or was it several days/weeks before you noticed a difference. Also, how long do you wear them for?

Sorry about the late response as I only browse the forum about twice a week now. Anyway I used the magnets from K&J magnetics. I slept with the magnets over night and saw a difference right away. I could put a pencil under my breast and it would stay before the lift. After the lift the pencil wouln't stay cause the boobs pointed forward...and I only have a small B/A depending on the bra. I used the South side Positive) over the nipple when sleeping.

Go to the magnetic section and read the posts they are full of info like what to buy and how to use them. I found the manual helpful. I only paid like $40 for my manuel, but you don't need it.
