Hello, as you know, Im new to the NBE forum and have been doing some reading and research on PM.
I have read on many websites about PM that it might not work on "older" women or on women who are " small of frame and light of weight".
Sooo, my question is, are there any skinny ( BMI 19.5 like me) slender ( 116 lbs or 8.5 stones if my math is right) older women
( Im 45 years old) like me using PM with any results?
You will find that I have a silly sense of humor, hope that is allowed here!
