First of all, congrats to your achievement, you look great, keep up your good work. I've tried pm from other brands and herbs, have no luck, but after seeing your pics, you have inspired me. I dropped all the herbs and just started pm.co.uk, finger crossed it will works.

How long have you been on breast enlargement? Do you just take pm from pm.co.uk on its own? How many time do you massage your breasts each day? And for how long? Have you done any liver cleanse? Thanks

hi, thanks! i only use the pm from pmuk and nothing else, i massage twice a day with a couple of sprays on each. Nope never had a liver cleanse.

I've tired 3 different programmes for a good few months each, I don't think my body respond very well, I've spent a fortune on herbs, supplements, breast serums, sprays, creams, pm, foods and drinks related to NBE, hardly see any result, sometimes feels like I wasted all that money and time on something doesn't even work (on me).....after I saw your pics, you gave me hope, I've gave pmuk a try as my last resort, I've bought 5 bottles of pm and give myself 6 months time to try this products on its own. Hopefully I will see some result soon, I'm praying for it. By the way, I think the new programme is so much easier and inexpensive, at least I'm not wasting money on stuff doesn't works all the time.

Hi, Thats me been using it on and off for a year now. If you've read my earlier posts I stopped at the start of the year due to a bad break up and I had lost alot of weight so I waited a few months to begin doing it again when i was feeling better. So my main results have been since the summer really. I always loose track of when I stopped and start and started so you can check out my personal programme page for details. This is going to be my last month of pills and then i'm going to use my spray til it runs out and i think that'll be it with PM for me. I've went up a bra size, feel alot more confident and althought i'm not a C I feel alot better within myself now. PM def worked for me and as you say its fairly inexpensive from PMUK. Good luck and keep posted with any results you get also.

Where do I go to see the b4 and after pics..I'm on aintrol now but I'm only heading into my 3rd month on it..if I get no results by the end of 6 months I'm definetly switching..
