Hiya gurls, a few people who have used PM mention that it messed up their period, i was woundering if this would still happen if you were on the pill at the same time?? is it safe to take PM whilst on the pill?? if so when would i start taking it? on the 1st pill-free day of my period? or on the last day of my period, 1 day before i begin the pill again? thanks, exstreamly confussed
