well im new on this furom and i always wanted to have bigger breast. I've barely manage with 32a cup bra's with all the padding... my younger sister has much bigger breast than i do like 5 times bigger and she is only 15... and im 23 and i've look on the internet for something that could make mine bigger without any surgery... since i cant afford it but even if i do i still wont go with surgery...

so if anybody would help me or any advice and experience that you have on this product or other products.. i would really appreciate it...

by the way i forgot to ask.. what should i expect if im going to take the St. herbs PM...heard of some delays on period or something.. what are the bgenifits it has? (of course that my breast get bigger, hopefully) but other than that... and the side effects...

Best advice anyone could ever give you is to really do your research by reading through all of the old posts - not just from the PM forum, but also the main forum and others that Eve has organized for us. Take a look at the program pages to see what others have tried. The pictures pages are an awesome source of inspiration. There is a wealth of info here - it can be overwhelming - and you will find all the answers you need here. Use the search function if you have questions about particular brands/methods. Whatever questions you have most likely have been asked (and answered) countless times.

No reputable person from this forum will tell you what you should do for NBE because you need to personalize your routine. What works for one person will not necessarily work for someone else.
