Hey everyone, thought that title may have caught your attention. if you can remember back to when I first started PM i was a very small 32A, (most probably a 32AA) bras had huge gaps in them and i felt really bad about myself. Anyway, since starting i remember i put a message up saying I got my first 32B bra..... well, yesterday i got my first 32C bra!!!! Couldn't beleive it, i've done it, reached my target. I'm a very small 32C, so not going to kid on, it was from a shop that does quite small sizes but to not have to go up with the smallest....OR second smallest was amazing. Fits me so well, will take pics soon as final pics. I stopped PM about a month ago and have been using EFT tapping to keep up my size. (for those who don't know what EFT is its worth looking up).

Anyhoo, goodluck to all, it is possible to get improvements :) I'm living proof.

Go Katie! I'm so happy for you! That's so awesome that you achieved your goal, and you're living proof indeed that it's possible to go from almost nothing to a 'C' cup! It may take a long time, but persistence really pays off. ^_^ Whenever I get frustrated with my journey in the future, I'll make sure to remember your efforts.

Hey, you can look on my programme page for details, but it was about 2 years ago I first started. I've sent the new pics to be put up so shouldn't be too long.

EFT stands for emotional freedom technique. My mum trained in it which is how i heard of it, it can be used for all types of things and it quiet complicated to understand but all it entails is saying afirmations over and over whist tapping on certain points on your face and body. i do it a couple of times a day. I was just wondering you say you used EFT... Which involves affirmations whilst tapping on body parts... Which body parts did you do this to?

Hey, if you're interested in looking into EFT it would be good to look at basic websites on it or find a reliable video on youtube that you could follow. It usually starts on the hand and then top of the head, above eyebrow, side of eye, under eye, under nose, chin, chest and under the arm.

Probably just for maintanence now but wouldn't mind getting a bit fuller in places. Huge improvement to what I started with anyway :)

Click on the "Return to Index" link either at the bottom or top of this page.
Then click on "Go to main menu" at the top, between the "Search" and "Post message" links.
You will arrive at the main menu page of Eve's Forum.
Scroll down ... look on the right hand side and find the box titled "Resources"
Click on "Personal Picture Pages"

If you want to know what that person did to achieve their growth, most of the pictures have links to the individual's program page (at the bottom of the screen) which you can click on.

I am thrilled to hear that another one of us NBE girls had such great success with PM. I started out at a 32B and am now almost to a 36C. I'm planning to post some new pics soon. I plan to stop taking PM in a couple months and I love the idea of using EFT as part of my maintenance program. I have read about EFT before but never thought about using it for breast enlargement!
