Can I be on the patches and take PM? I just finished my period about 2-3 days ago... When is the best time to take PM-after, before or during period? Is it okay to take other herbs in form of a tea? I Drink (Bustea) 2x daily. It has
Fenugreek,Anise, Licorice, Caraway & Fennel seeds. Other than that I also take the Fenugreek capsules (2 caps. twice a day) which I take with the PM (3 capsules before breakfast & 3 capsules before bed) I just started the PM today, and since I'm already using a natural breast enhancement remedy, I thought it might just interfere with it. I hope not... Any advice on when to take it and if I should keep the tea and the fenugreek caps. would be greatly appreaciated. Thanks
