Ok,since i might not be able to order the PPM products and i have a time limit to order to Germany i am really considering the uk brand pueraria.co.uk I think this is the one some are taking here..Now i would really appreciate some feedback on how things worked for those taking it.I saw Katie's results..Need to say no more amazing!!Congratulation!!So hopefully you ladies can help with a summary on your experience with the UK brand.Thanks :)

OH and did anyone need to increase the dose to more than 2 pills per day?I also need to know how much to order.


I contacted them and they said the miroestrol content are 45.3%..I am no PM expert but i guess this means a good amount?! There are 2 methods of taking them one to take them everyday and the other 14 on and 14 off as i read is being done here.I don't know what to do :(

I've tried this,, the normal routine is 15 days from first day of period. But according to others on this forum, its better if you start on day 7 of period.

I used PM from PMUK for two months but didnt notice much if anything but I was a tad inconsistent. I dont doubt PM though, it works really well for many people.
