I am a newbie to the forum and unfortunately I am also victim of a "flat chest" lol. So of course I am here like you all trying to do something about it (hopefully).

I was just wondering which PM would any of you recommend that would give the best results and which is the best site to find them?? Also, is there a certain way that you are supposed to take PM or does it depend on your body and how it responds to it???

I haven't started my PM routine yet but there are 3 kinds of PM that are popular here:

Bella's PM + Bella's creams
UK pm + Spray
PPM +Robust spray..

If you do some search on previous posts you will find some good info.

Pm should be taking mostly 15 days on and 15 days off.Bella's Pm is recomended to be taken on day 7 of cycle..The others are taken on day 1 of cycle.

You should try to take the PM with calcium so maybe drink it with milk or supplement with calcium if you don't consume enough of it.

Taking vitamin C is also good 1000mg per day.

The reason I bought it because after reading tons of the other comments from other bullentin posts, I heard breast cream works well while using PM pills at the same time for faster results.

So i'm giving it a try and hoping it'll work.

I also bought that New Ro-Bust pills as well. I haven't receive it yet but i'm hoping soon. I heard great things about it. soO, i will give updates on that later. =)

I was asking the same question about which products will work best and with better results because I totally understand... I will be soon marrying a wonderful guy, and I want to be able to have bigger breasts by then to fit into my wedding gown. That is, when I buy one. =)
