I am not an active member of this forum but I do swing by from time to time for info and I would like to now share some of my own. Hopefully most of you agree and or understand.

From all the research I have done on Natural Breast Enhancement, including buying a number of products myself including Clevastin, Naturday, Breast Actives, and the Noogleberry, what I can say for sure is that:

1. A GREAT deal of advertisement plays into this. It's about making money. These companies will do whatever they can to get your money in their hands so don't buy into it so easily! As im sure we all know it is very easy to post fake or deceptive before and after pictures to win over desperate customers.
2. This is the main thing I wanted to share. The CONCENTRATION of herbs is almost NEVER enough. What this means is the supplements that they are selling with combinations of herbs such as fenugreek saw plametto and others are FAR TOO LITTLE to enhance the size of your breasts in the 3 month time or even 1 week time that some such as NATUREDAY have claimed. WHY do they do this? MONEY! Similar to how greedy doctors have been exposed for (and this is very sad i must say) DILUTING treatments for cancer patients, these companies knowingly give you amounts that are INEFFECTIVE so that you will continue to buy the products in hopes of attaining reults, only putting more and more money into their pockets. And then, after you've spent about two arms two legs and the leg of a friend, you end up with little if no results. And they can easily cover it all up by saying the product is not guaranteed to work for everyone or you are not following the program as directed... YET! Their sites always boast "1-3 cup sizes guaranteed" or "see results after just one week!"
It is all about marketing and doing what it takes to take YOUR money.

3. If you do your research, even for a strong root such as maca the required dose ranges above 15 000 miligrams PER DAY for breast enhancement! But how many mgs are companies suggesting? 300? 500? and creams with WATER as the MAIN INGREDIENT??? NOT NEARLY EFFECTIVE!!!

4. Now don't get me wrong, it is possible for some to see results from these products however it usually takes MUCH longer than the 1 week or 3 month period, it is not remarkable growth, they likely used MORE than the reccomended dose, or they already have larger breasts which grow with aid from the supplements. But for those of us with little to no breast, minimial amounts of herbs are for the most part useless.

I have not given up on NBE but I am tired of being robbed by all these companies who play on our weaknesses which in this case is the desire for larger breasts.

What does work?
I'm no expert but I believe your diet and activity level plays a larger roles in breast growth than genes do. Body building women tend to have the smallest breasts, along with asains who have some of the most healthy (non fat) diets, while women in the west tend to have the largest breasts and also diets containing the most fat. Correlation or causation? Rhetorical question of course.

So. What to do now.

Eat healthy! a healthy body promotes the best growth of all kinds. This means eat lotttttts of FRUITS and VEGGIES, drink LOTS OF WATER (becareful of tap water and bottled water containing FLUORIDE as I have recently come to find that it is VERY detrimental to our health. VERY.), Take your VITAMINS! Be sure you're eating a good amount of calories so your body has fat to store in the breasts. DO consume HERBS in the right amounts! The highest, most natural, and safest doses are what to look for. Maca and Pueraria Mirifica seem to be the best for women looking for more shapely bodies. Make sure you're getting enough protein! EXERCISE! But don't over exercise (bodybuilder)...

Well thats about all I have to share right now. I'm currently finishing my Naturday supply since I bought it and might aswell. I've probably gone through 10 liquid bottles and one jar of capsules which got me nothing. Breast actives did nothing. Clevastin did nothing. The noogleberry left circular marks on my chest which I am now trying to remove with a bleaching like cream.

I recently ordered Maca 500mgs which are 10 times concentrated = 5000mgs per capsule. And the dosage is 3 per day which = 15 000mgs per day which hopefully will give me results. I will be back to let you all know how it goes.

It was on the main board awhile back that Maca makes your butt big,,, and if I can remember correctly,, it was Waxingmoon that used it the most. Check out her posts through forum search,, maca seemed to contribute to too much hip fat. It is a very common and well known fact that herbs do contribute to weight gain and alot of developing cellulite.
It is also well known fact that formulated products are very weak and really awaste of effort and money,,, this subject is rather old. Thanks for posting anyway.

I saw the American Greed episode when that guy was diltuing the cancer patients medicine and it made me sick. So, ofcourse we could be getting the lowest quality of herbs and not even know it. I too am frustrated because I have tried products that make me gain that as soon as I stop I lose it all. That is more depressing than not gaining at all!

I know growth is slow and NBE does work but all the money and time spent may not be worth it for me. I am not looking for a miracle just an increase. I have seen many pics on here with girls who have increased thier breast size. But uunfortunately what works for one girl may not work for another.

I am not really sure what to do anymore because I have been doing NBE for about 6 years on and off without any success. Its off and on because I try something for sometime and when I do not see improvements I figure I may as well stop wasting my money and try something else. The only thing I have not tried yet is PM. I might as well try it since I have tried evreything. The only thing I wont try is the suction cups because I dont want to get the rings around my breast and I dont think that the results are permanent.

I have seen many fake pics on websites as well claiming to be real untouched photos. I am so sick of those that I am not even willing to try any commercial products. Wonderup seems to get "good" reviews but some of the wonderup pics on here look professionally done. I am not sure what girl gets a professional to take before and after photos of her boobs. The look like they are done in a photography studio.

Anyhow, I have some BO I am going to try out. Leave no stone unturned! After that I may try PM (maybe that could be the NBE method that works for me) with Bella because she does have the money back gurantee. If that doesnt work, then dammit I am getting breast implants. At least when I pay my money for those I know in the end : I WILL HAVE BOOBIES!

I'm sure many will find this post to be, well, not so useful, but there are many who do not seem to do their research and try product after product wondering why nothing has come from thousands of dollars spent. It's as easy as hearing one woman say they used a product such as natureday and grew 2 cup sizes and just like that women are easily baited into trying it too. I'm sure these things are obvious to you but many are either beginning NBE or haven't come to such realizations so I just wanted to prevent others from making future mistakes and hopefully help them to make some wiser choices.

I'm sorry to hear you've had no success either. It really can be depressing because you get your hopes wayy up, waiting for the order in the mail, it comes, you use it as suggested... and get absolutely nothing. My boyfriend has picked arguments with me about the money i've spent because he too sees how much of a waste it has been. And all these companies have gone away with my money.

Aside from the maca I plan to take I might just try PM as well but i'm unsure of which to buy because I've heard good and bad reviews from just about all of them.

And something else I should have added is that simple weight gain may just do the trick depending on how your body stores fat. In my case, it all goes below the waist. My butt is about 39.5 inches while my breasts barely fit into an A cup. So unfortunately for me the more I eat the bigger my butt gets! lol. A friend of mine is the complete opposite. Her breasts recently grew to a DD perhaps an E after working at and eating Burger King while her butt remains relatively flat. Maybe some of the women should try gaining some weight if they're lucky enough to store fat in their breasts.

True,,, but if you have read this forum,, you will find all this info on the Reference pages and General Information Pages regarding bogus products. You must go to Breast nexus forums to find these pages and they are all there so info dosen't get lost in all the threads and posts. That is where there is help for NEWCOMERS and guidelines and info on herbs.

I have spent thousands of dollars on NBE so far too. My husband says I should do NBE but then when I buy something he like, again? Yes, again because I see so many pics of girls on here with great results wishing I too could have great results.

I think all the money I have spent already, I could have bought implants. I think that is what upsets me most. Then I see girls with implants that look like they real, and I think to myself I should have been saving for that instead of buying herbs. I am not sure what "type" of girl these products work best for, but it seems I am not the type.

I want to be thin and a still have some boobs. I have more so much pills and liquids of all the stuff I took left. I think what I may end up doing is just taking a little bit of everything and see where is gets me. I bought so I may as well finish it too.

People say dont take this with that and blah blah blah. Wonderup has a 14 ingredients in there, some of which people say you shouldnt take together, yet they still sell it. I dont understand how anyone can with so many ingredients in a small pill. I am not sure how big the pills are but there must not be significant amounts of any ingredient in a pill. Yet, Millani has grown huge amounts in 4 months (your pics look real!). I am going to take a similar approach until my "supply" of herbs and other stuff are done.

Maca is better for your butt then your breast. I have tried it too but didnt take alot of it as waxingmoon did which increased her butt.

So I read all the comments and I was wondering what is Maca and where can you find Maca??
I thought I might give Maca a try because I would love to have my butt a little bigger.
Everything I read, definitely helped me a lot and I absolutely agree with Dija.
Recently, I've been a little out of control on buying these breast enhancements/enlargements pills and PM. There are just too many to buy and think about.
But I recently just bought PM products from a few different sellers. I am giving those a try before I give up. I say it's been over 2 weeks possibly 3 now that I have been using those breast enhancements products. So far, I haven't seen too much growth but I do see that my breasts are much firmer. It's still a little tricky to say.

Just a little comment about creams Dija;

The main ingredient in any cream or lotion is either water or a water/oil emulsion. Otherwise it wouldn't have the consistency of a cream.

how long does it take to have your butt increase by using Maca?? I've been wanting to increase my butt size a little bigger to fit my jeans better.

I've been taking Maca for about, I would say about a week now. How do you know when your butt is increasing? and does it have any pains or feelings while your butt is increasing?
