Hey guys, I have a question.

Hi, I joined this board a bit over a month ago, some of you may recognize my name; I'm the one who chose to take the PM by the brand that should not be mentioned. LOL. Anyway, this particular brand said to take two pills a day(500 mg each) without any breaks, unlike the 15 day a month breaks people sometimes take on PM. Other women reported from their PM experiences that they had a delayed or absent period without a break. Well, I never took a break and for 2 months my period was fine, but I recently had a back injury and because I was taking painkillers I stopped the PM right away, I've been off it for about 2 and a half weeks approximately. Well now that I stopped, guess what's not here! I've never missed a period/been late on a period since I first got it 15 years ago, so I'm wondering if anyone has a similar experience to mine. Has anyone stopped taking PM only to realize their cycle was completely off? If so, were you completely late or did you skip the month altogether? I figured I'd ask first before I took it too seriously and headed to the doctor and wasted time/money. Thanks to anyone that can help me. :)

Its not unusual for PM to mess up your periods, but like everything else your body will regulate itself when it is used to the PM. At least that is what I found. Regulor herbs made my period come sooner than expected and PM did tend to delay it for a few days. Just my experience, everyone will react differently. Wait for your period and then take it again 7 days after it has started. Too soon to give up on PM yet.

That's the thing though, while I was on PM it never messed up my period actually, now that I have been off of using PM for almost 3 weeks my period is absent.

I guess just wait for you body to catch up and get a period and then start a routine again,,,,, only 15 on and 15 off,, that is the usual PM routine.
