Just a reminder National Week will be here before we know it!! Here are some things to keep in mind!
**Catalog Ads - Please don't forget to send me your catalog ads. Don't wait until the last minute! There are no exceptions to the deadline.
**Welcome Bags - If anyone would like to donate anything for the Welcome Bags, please let me know.
**Reserved Seating - We have a few spaces left, if you would like to book reserved seating get your reservation to me ASAP!
**Banquet - Send your table seating of 10 to MJ Heckman. For those of you that have skipped the banquet in the past, you won't want to miss this years. It's going to be extra special!!
**Thanksgiving Buffet - There are 3 seating times, reserve your seating with me and pay the hotel directly.
**Raffle Tickets - 50" Flat screen TV, 4 days stay at the host hotel, Hand painted wine rack. Tickets are $5.00 or 6 for $25
**Basket Contest - Don't forget to bring your basket to the show!! Categories - Club, State, Division, Theme.
At this time the hotel is still booked for the early part of the week. The back up hotel does have available rooms and we will run a shuttle to and from that hotel for those people that do not have transportation. The room rate is actually cheaper then the host hotel. I would suggest booking a room at this hotel for now and when there are cancellations at the host hotel then you can book there and cancel at the back up hotel.
The week will be videoed by a professional video company. The video's will be available at a very reasonable rate. If you are interested in purchasing a video of the week, please let me know.
We will also be offering special commemorative portraits on the banquet night. The photo will come in a quality binder with the show logo and information. This is a great way to keep a memory of the week and also to have a nice photo taken of you and your significant other, or group of friends while were all dressed up!!
Don't forget the week's pre-shows!! 3 supported entries and 1 specialty show!! 4 more days of majors to start the week off with a BANG!!!
