showing dogs is supposed to be a means of evaluating breeding stock... so dogs with need to cover up these issues (IMO) shouldn't be shown since these things are genetic...
Although I agree, it will be hard to disqualify someone unless there is something obviously indicative of a procedure.
people actually remove portions of skin to alter markings???? thats insane!
