I have used it before and have not had any problems. I wonder if the vet was having a bad day. I use that and also use Insemin-aid from Camelot which is much more expensive and had not heard anything bad about it either. Or anything good about it either. There is a vet here than complains about the shipping boxes. He wants you to use the big box from Camelot that is much heavier and much more expensive to ship. Needless to say I still use the regular boxes and have no problems.
