Make sure that they have room in the box that you have them in to get on and OFF the heating pad. They should have plenty of room to move around. Make rope out of receiving blankets or towels and put them under the bedding so they have some obstacles to climb over when moving around. Keeps them from getting flat chested from laying on a flat surface all the time, also helps get them on there feet.
