Try putting the pups on the slower nipples, the ones closer to her head. How often are they nursing? Milk in the nose is not always a problem. My first litter always had milk coming out their nose. My mentor said not to panic, just to blot the milk off. If you feed a bit more often the flow might be less. Are you giving the pups benibac? It is a life saver, especially for pups and moms on antibiotics. Should you decide to bottle feed goats milk esbliac and Dr. Brown bottles are what I like.
