once you get the hang ofit and you know howmuch they are eating and no problem with them aspirating the milk. Wrks great as a supplement to mom till she feels better. You need to also put them on mom so she does not loseher milk. Hang in there, it is always worth it in the end when they are up and start playing. Good Luck with your babies.
