the nose.. break the suction with your finger.. DO NOT just pull the puppy off and then use a baby suction bulb and gently suction the puppies nostrils.. give it a minute to clear and then you should be able to replace the puppy.. if they do not nurse regularly mom may not retain enough milk to continue to nurse them.. have you take mom's temp?
