Feed them on the upper nipples. The milk flow will be slower and it shouldn't come out their noses. As Katherine said, just wipe it off if it does. My pups often make gurgly noises during/after feeding. It goes away shortly there after.
I know this is your first litter and it sounds like you don't have any help. I think you're over reacting a little about all their little noises.
You should have the pups on a schedule. At 10 days old they should be nursing on mom every 4 hours. They should be pottied before each feeding and weighed daily at the same time. A gaining puppy is a healthy puppy.
