between the nipple and mouth. Pick the pup up and have them suck on our finger. It helps pull the fluid from the nasal passage way, then put them back on mom.
Get your rest when you can.
the pads of the feet and gums should be nice and pink, if not that is when you worry and go to the vet. (unless your puppies have lots of pigment then that doesnt work)
