Yes, plus if you have a sibling that is 2 years older, for example one in Minor PW and one in Minor Atom, they play right after each other.
Major bonus if your kids are going to play at A level for the same association.

No it is not. The smaller associations are lucky to get enought good kids to field a team.
The bigger association cut or lose very good players because the Coaches kids have to be on the team.

How many MHL teams were in the Clancy? If all of the MHL first round playoff knock-outs were in the Clancy do you think CV would have won it? CV will be lucky to crack the top 5. Not saying this to put the team down, just stating reality of the situation.

not easy to find good 98 goalies so it will be hard to find one as good but you never know. Kids as this age can change from year to year, for the better and sometimes not. How many sleeps until the season starts?

I think 7:23 is on to something... You must have read some of my early work!
lets recap....I am old now so my memory may have gone alittle...but
Me- lost both their goalies made some good improvements was a strong team and changes should be minimal
AP - made some changes and hopefully for the better that can give ME a run for thier money!
CO and CL both made good changes
ER made some minimal improvement in players but lost a great goalie. They were pretty unpredictable unless that AA player can hold the team together they will have to fight with CO and CL for a spot in the top 4.
LP apparently has made some good changes and may move up in their rankings...
CV and PC would have to have picked up some strong AA or AAA players to help them be competitive. Oh wait I forgot... CV won the clancy... that changes everything!

Good post above.
cl has the best coach. they got rid of sp and his kid. coaches kid will carry this team to glory. new goalie from cv is outstanding. won the clancy singlehandedly last year.
*Not sure about best coach comment. SP was a good guy, don't know how coaches kid will carry team, he isn't a dominant player, if team is going to be successful they'll do it as a team. Goalie is top notch.
me will still be the team to beat.
*Agree, but they are not as strong as they were last season. ST goalies let in how many goals last season? ME defense better be ready to keep shot count down.
ap coach is an egomaniac. his kid is a peach.
*Maybe but he's did a decent job last season. Over-played his kid. Lost some good offensive players to AA this season along with goalie. He needed to fill these holes to stay competitive and have a chance at 1st.
co has added some aa kids that will dominate
*Absolutely, some good AA players added, on the down side lost one of their best to AA. Definitely the most improved A team in the 2nd half of the season.
lp has no goalie but a few fabbulous players
*Not enough changes to make a difference. Goalie issue may be their achilles heel.
er will choke like always
*Not much different then last season, will still compete for top 3 positions. Everyone will be watching the goal tending situation. ER only plays 1 goalie for MA and A, if he has weakness that can be exploited then ER will fall into the lower half of the group.
cv and pc will bring up the rear as usual
*Agreed. Nothing happened here to make any big moves in the standings. Both will battle for the last 3 spots. LP may join them.
