Team parents who belong to the "should've club" are always saying "I should've done that"; "I could've have joined an other team"; and "I didn't think our coaches would have done the same thing and should have looked at other options” ... just to mention a few common phrases – heard it and said it at the beginning of this year.
The "Should’ve club" is full of nonndoers - they are risk averse - will not leave a bad situation because they think its worse on another team – this is what they have been told; they are scared! They have been abused and afraid. They never go for it by themselves unless someone else on the team leaves … I have taken the initial step and RUNNING!
When you hear a 98 AA VP parent say "Gee, I shouldn't have done that ..." there will be more times when the results will prove you they should have made the decision to change but instead fell into a trap of inner circle parents.
No guts, No glory.
The concept is not perfect but the execution of leaving your VP team will become a betterment for you and your son – don’t let “perfect situation” be your enemy; become better. Look around at teams above and below yours in the standings - there is a world of no waves ... timing is now; it can't be a better time for execution OR continue to live with the Silver N54 character
No guts, No glory.
This thread is to help you. Your personal motivating coach not to spread incorrect facts about the team. You know this to be true after reading the posts in a previous locked thread.

I think there is a possibility that AmazingKresin was a Devil parent.
The DD parents (3 of them this year) were leaving the team until they got there demands approved.
1) That a certain asst coach leave the bench
2) That the son of a certain asst coach doesn't play the entire 2 min poerplay EVERY time
3) That a former DD coach join their coaching staff along with 3 other Devil "A" players
4) That eventually this team will belong to DF as the goalie moves up to AAA with his dad
The process began with the smoke and now the mirror phase of the plan ... WOW this has been enjoyable to watch.
Feel sorry for the devoted parents whom were not DD parents but DB parents and are/were loyal but to lose to DD ... not fair to them either
Now the DD dad who thinks his kid is the the go to sniper with the scoring punch will go into quiet mode; the 2 DD dads with the defensemen players will get more ice time thanks to DF ... nice picture ... indeed.

if VP parents are not happy with the DD takeover, they should just leave....I could think of a few teams that would have a spot. If your kid and not the AC kids should have been on the 1st line then go to a new team. Or be very nice to the DD guys they will be your new leaders, all of you riped the coach on here and he got the last laugh, hung you all out to dry

BE BLUE...TORONTO CITY BLUES...
This message is to recommend that everyone read the most recent version of the March/April HOCKEY NOW MAGAZINE referring to an article that was wrote by Mr. Marc Paulichenko about the 98AA Toronto City Blues.

The TCB team is under new management and is in a rebuilding stage.
Recruiting is going surprisingly well !
TCB is only in the market for 1 goalie and is keeping 2-3 spots available for tryouts.
I can confidently state that TCB will be a playoff team and possibly even as high as 4th, realistically 5th, or as low as 6th place.
TCB will be the team that the top 3 to 4 teams will not want to play.
Good luck to your team when you play us next year !
