Practices are set for August. Can we not make it a little later in the day, people actually work for a living. (some of us do anyway)

That's was the best times we could get for a reasonable time and price. These practices are optional and that was stressed in our meetings. Do your best and that's all that's asked. Enjoy the rest of your summer!

This is not so odd.
In our town during the last week of August all the ice during the day is taken up by teams getting in pre season practice/camp.

This is were the manager and coach should step in and help out coordinating rides if there is a issue.

My kids teams have done it for years. 1.5 hours on 1.5 off and on for another 1.5. Plus half the moms do not work so they cover off for kids who do have both parents work.

I guess it would be ok if it is one of the kids from his spring team.

Keep the hockey to the late afternoons or early evenings please. Last year we had a bunch of 3.45 through the winter. Daytime is for school, not hockey unless coach wants to arrange to pick up everyone.

There were no 3:45pm practices scheduled by the team or the Bulldog organization while school was on!!! The only 3:45pm practices were organized by the parents and were "OPTIONAL" just like the ones in August!!!!

So could the team not afford an extra 30.00 or so and practice like most other teams do, 4.45 or after.

Actually that ice was taken. Maybe for a change you could get involved and help out instead of complaining on a forum.

August during the day is expected and mandatory in our organisation. You are told in April what the dates and times are. Plenty of time to plan.

Yes but I would have a lot more respect for you if we could discuss this face to face, but that doesn't seem to be the way you work. Rather hide behind a computer and spout off. Again, enjoy your summer and I look forward to seeing you in late August or September 1st.

I feel bad for those hamiltons they are good people maybe they should be told to back before it is to late.

The parents who are on here just represent maybe 2 % of the team, This team will be very competitive this year with the few new players, They had a strong team last year it can only get better .

Actually, 1 set of parents mouthing off on here would be aprox 6%...two sets would be 12%. But who's counting.
