Law Suit, what the h**l for? Anyone who takes this site seriously is crazy. Anyone who takes it seriously enough to try to put in a law suit is absolutely off their freakin rocker! Get a life!

There is one small problem with that suit. It would never fly because it would violate privacy legislation.
On a site that says "you can post anonomously unless you do X,Y or Z", you have a REASONABLE EXPECTATION OF ANONYMITY, unless you actually violate those rules.
Thus, if the people running the site gave out that information about people who didn't violate those rules, they could be sued successfully by the people who's trust they betrayed, assuming that damages could be proven.
You would be better off to lodge a complaint about this site with a regulator, if you feel it should be shut down.
I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for it to happen, though. There is FAR more offensive stuff on the internet than the backstabbing that goes on here.

You are all assuming that there are hordes of people on this website who can afford the legal fees for a libel suit, or whatever other tort you will be alleging. Phone a lawyer and find out what it will cost. And what damages will you be able to prove resulted from what was said on this website? That will be the fun part.

That is not correct. Nobody, not even lawyers, can anticipate every possible scenario. As detailed as contracts are, and as carefully worded, as they are, disputes still arise, and they always will. Contracts are static, but the world always changes. Meanings of words change. Interpretations of phrases change. Life is dynamic, contracts aren't. That's why there is law and lawyers.
