"Hi everyone,
Here is some tips from the people at vortex health that should help with the growing process. Even if you are not using wonderup it is probably worth a read x
Regarding tips, perhaps the most useful things to consider are adding some
protein to your daily diet and undertaking daily massages of the breast
area.
Try adding 50g of protein in the form of
protein shakes (say a 25g shake twice a day). This could be an element
that's lacking in your diet a little, so it's worth a try. If you think
that amount of protein looks too much for you, then you can reduce it down
to say 15g or 20g twice a day. The important thing to bear in mind is that
if you are lacking in protein you cannot grow. The amount of protein you
need anyway, just for your normal daily requirement for good health, is 0.8g
per kg of body weight. Therefore, work out your weight in kilos and
multiply that by 0.8 for your daily protein requirement in grams. Ideally
you should then add at least 30g extra to cover any requirement for the
growth process. As mentioned above, your body must have protein if it's
going to grow.
Massaging is also a tip to be taken seriously, as many women claimed to have
effected some improvement through massage alone. In Chinese tradition it
has always been said that breast size can be increased through massage,
especially when undertaken very regularly.
As natural breast development is brought about by the establishment of
hormonal balance in the body, it is always very difficult to know with a
particular individual as to when results are likely to be visible.
Certainly there are individuals who get good results within the first month,
and about 85% of users get results within 3 months, but on the other hand it
can take as long as 8 months to get those results. However, many women are
not willing to keep on taking a dietary supplement for as long as 8 months
just to find out if the product is going to work for them or not.
Accordingly, it is a better option for many women to consider instead
everything in their lifestyles which may inhibit Wonderup from working as it
should, and that way it may be possible to obtain quicker results.
One factor that very often slows progress down is smoking, so if you do
smoke you are likely to require extended use of Wonderup to get results.
Also, any kind of drug use is likely to mean that you will require extended
use, and unfortunately this even includes use of caffeine. We have recently
calculated that more than 5 caffeinated beverages in a day could be a
problem. In fact if you find that you're not seeing any results at all, you
may wish to consider removing all caffeine from your system and see if that
makes a difference. But before taking such a drastic step, you can always
make sure that you don't take caffeinated beverages at the same time as
Wonderup. If you leave one hour after taking the tablets before you take a
caffeinated drink, that may be of some help. Not many women would need to
eliminate caffeine completely, so try doing this first.
Another dietary consideration which should be borne in mind is the effect of
your diet on phytoestrogens. A limitation on the hormone balancing actions
of these substances is that they do not in fact have estrogenic properties
when still in the plant or even at the time they are consumed, but acquire
them only during the digestive process through the actions of bacteria
residing in the gastrointestinal tract. The bacteria cause the
phytochemicals to undergo complex metabolic conversions, leading to the
formation of an estrogen-like metabolite which can then be absorbed by the
body. What this means is that the biologically useful forms of
phytoestrogens, the metabolites, are dependent for their existence upon a
digestive system in good order and complete with adequate microflora capable
of converting the basic plant compounds into the active forms.
This is a limitation on the effectiveness of phytoestrogens for the simple
reason that there are a number of factors that can adversely affect the
stability of the normal gastrointestinal flora. Poor or inappropriate diets,
stress, and antibiotics can all significantly disrupt the ideal healthy
balance of gastrointestinal organisms. Antibiotics in particular can quickly
destroy friendly bacteria, as well as the invading organisms they are
actually meant to destroy. High fat intake is another culprit. One thing
that should have a positive effect though is fibre intake as a high-fibre
diet is known to help the metabolism of phytochemicals.
Fluid intake is also very relevant, as we know that some people do not
really get enough fluid for good health, let alone for body changes such as
breast development. You should ideally be taking at least 2 litres of fluid
per day (excluding alcoholic and caffeinated beverages). Water is best, but
fluid intake is the important thing. But if you can take it in the form of
water then so much the better.
It may also be worth considering whether the birth control pill is slowing
progress and finding a form of birth control that isn't hormone based. Many
thousands of women taking the birth control pill have actually got very good
results with Wonderup, so this isn't necessarily a problem at all, but some
of those who haven't been getting results have found that no longer taking
the pill has made a difference. If you've seen the first signs of results,
such as tingling or aching in the breast area, then it may be that you're
going to start developing before long anyway, and in this case the pill is
probably not a negative factor and you just need a little more time.
However, if you haven't even experienced any tingling, then it's possible
that the pill may be inhibiting your body's response.
The main point we would make with regard to birth control pills is that for
most women it is not something that would make any difference. Thousands of
women on the pill have got impressive results with Wonderup. Therefore,
nobody should really feel that they should not take the pill with Wonderup,
but if in the long run you do not see results then it's something you could
consider, just to see whether it is a factor or not. Probably for a small
number of women their progress would be quicker when not taking the birth
control pill
Also try to avoid a high-stress lifestyle, as stress always interferes with
the proper functioning of the body, and be sure to eat properly, including
raw fruits and vegetables, which are always good for the body, and also
whole grains and cereals such as wheat, oats, rice, and barley, and also
green leafy vegetables such as broccoli and spinach, and also lentils, peas,
and green beans.
Inadequate nutrition will always act as a negative factor to the
establishment of hormonal balance, so try to be sure that you are eating
properly. Soya is a particularly useful foodstuff, so eat any soya products
or drink soya milk. Tesco for example has a good range of soya drinks and
some other soya products as well.
Also be sure that your protein intake is adequate, because the body needs
protein for any form of growth. Therefore, taking enough protein could in
itself make a difference to you. If in doubt about your protein intake, add
a daily protein-shake to your diet. We have known cases where this alone
seemed to spark the growth process. Calcium and vitamin C are also
important, so don't neglect intake of these. In addition we have found
recently that flax seed oil or borage/starflower/evening primrose oil can
make a significant difference in some cases, as the essential omega fats
that they contain can be very useful in helping the body to carry out all of
it's normal hormone
functions. This is something that we are actively researching to try and
find out how many women may be positively helped by these oils and we hope
to have further information on it before long. But even now we would say
that adding one or both of these could make a difference for those women
whose bodies are more stubborn than average and are responding more slowly
than average. In these stubborn cases the oils may really make a difference.
We also suggest massaging the breasts for at least 5 minutes a day, as this
can help stimulate blood flow to that area, and the blood flow will bring
the all important nutrients with it. The important thing here is that the
nutrients need to reach the "breast receptor cells" in the breast area and a
few minutes massage a day may help this to happen. There are definitely some
women who have found that this massage made a positive difference to them,
so it's certainly worth trying. If you can manage to carry out this massage
twice a day, then so much the better. Ideally massage for 5-10 minutes in
the
morning and again in the evening. It's worth saying again that some women
found that this made a positive difference, so it's definitely worth trying.
Another thing that is reputed to help is applying warmth to the breast area.
This can be done for example by using a hot towel or probably better by
using a therapeutic heat pad. It's difficult to know how much this can
actually contribute to the growth process, but there are women who are
definite that it has helped them. It's logical that this kind of "heat
treatment" could help the blood flow to the breast area, but the question is
how practical it is for someone to actually do. For those who have the time
to manage it, an hour of wrapping something warm over the breasts could
positively help. For those who find this easy to do it's most certainly
worth a try.
One other thing that you could consider is a higher dose of the formula, as
increasing the dose by a third has definitely worked for some individuals.
However, we wouldn't want you to be too optimistic in thinking that this
might do the trick, as not getting enough of the nutrients is probably not a
problem for most women. If you don't see quick results, you probably need
more time, not a higher dose of the tablets.
Although it's certainly true that more of the formula has worked for some,
the likelihood is that the normal dose is actually giving you enough of the
nutrients you need. Try looking at all of the above things first, as these
are more likely to be relevant factors for you than lack of enough of the
nutrients. But if you feel that you are already complying with all of the
above, then you could consider more tablets and see whether that makes a
difference or not. However, the number of women who really benefit from
increasing the dose by a third is actually quite small, as the normal dose
is really adequate for the vast majority of women. But for some increasing
the dose has proven to be significant.
Having said all this, the most important thing to remember is that if you
aren't seeing results, it's more likely that you need more time than it is
that you need a higher number of tablets. Patience tends to be more useful
than increasing the dosage." |
