Ladies... can you PLEASE help me fine tune my program??? PLEASE :0)

Hey everyone!

I've been addicted to reading all i can about NBE and now I'm starting my program!!!

For the last week I've been:
- Doing the Pansyclub massage program 1-2 times daily
- Doing chi massages twice daily a day with about 4-500 rotations on my left breast and only 300 on my right. (this is for the whole day)
- Using an olive oil/shea butter lotion seasoned with fennel and fenugreek for my massages. I plan on adding vitamin E to it soon.
- Chewing 3-6 pieces of PM gum (after massage and then mid day).

I just ordered :
- Hops
- Fenugreek
- Fennel
- Saw Palmetto
- OMEGA 3,6,9
- PM tablets
- Blessed Thistle
- Vitamin C with rosehips
- Vitamin E

I have Multivitamins on hand already and i bought some Milk Thistle to start cleansing my liver while I wait for my products to arrive.

I've already started drinking whey protein powder smoothies for boobie food, as well as avocado milk and using soy milk whenever possible.

So now that I have everything on it's way... can any of you ladies give me some advice on how much of each I should be taking? I don't want to meses up by not taking enough or taking to much of one versus the other.

Any advice you have to offer is appreciated!
