Okay I just wanna see if I have gotten this right.

Progesterone cream is not to be used for more than 9 months, but you can use it all the time.

I have bought fenugreek extract and read some where (can't find the page again) that you should not use the estrogenic herbs in any form during menstral phase, or mabye it was during the menstral phase..

I hope some one could straiten me out here

I'm on the WonderUp products and are probably a estrogenic dominance.

I am not 100%, but i think you use the estrogenic herbs day 1-14, then progesterone cream 14-28. may want to double check though or ask on the main forum... people are on there more.
