This one, for instance, has the dial mine has, but not the crown or hands. My crown is a plain ridged barrel, appropriately thick for an aviators watch. The hour and minute hands are the white "leaf" pattern, and the seconds has a much smaller balance.
Or, nothing to stop mine from having the back from a 16-jewel. The one-size-fits-all design of many US milwatches of this period, which I think was both deliberate and smart, creates problems for collectors that we don't have with British milwatches.
