Just wanted to let you know that I have found great success in controlling my acne through use of apple cider vinegar. I buy the organic kind at a natural foods store. Then I dilute it with water to 1/2 strength. I then use this as an astringent at night before bed (because I don't want to smell like vinegar during the day). This works so well for me- I'm so glad that I started this treatment. It took a few weeks to really work but it is so worth it- and its the cheapest acne treatment I've ever found!

So you're not consuming the cider vinegar? You're applying it to the skin, how does that work? What about ordinary vinegar? What does anyone else say, this is something I've never come across before. Please tell.

I've heard of this. I'm not sure of regular vinegar. I also heard about organic apple cider vinegar diluted with water to lower the intensity. This is applied to the skin like an astrigent with a cotton ball. Makes the skin softer and clears acne. hope that helps.
