Any help people, my teeth are in pain when I drink cold water or eat cold food or even go out in the cold air. Is there any solution to this problem except going to the expensive dentists?

some people just have sensitive teeth, not sure what causes it but go buy some toothpaste for sensitive teeth.

well think about it, has this always been the case or did it just start happening?

if its always been like this maybe you do have sensitive teeth and may want to try a toothpaste that says "for sensitive teeth" to help with that.

there's a chinese spray that's supposed to help, it's called Watermelon Spray i think when you spray it on its green... i don't know if it works, but a friend told me it worked very good for her,

if it just started it could be that, you may need a root canal, because the pulp inside the tooth could be no longer vital, and thats why your just now feeling all the pain because that pulp kind of helped with cold/ hot foods before.

if so then now its not there your feeling it, so maybe go to a dentist.
