This is a Czech Officer's Watch. The writing on it is in Cyrillic I am told as is the back
Of the watch and the movement. This is not a modern Russian cheapie this is a COLLECTIBLE bought from a
Reputable mil watch dealer. This "Cold War" era watch was produced by the Soviet Union for the Czech military.
On the dial is the name "Pobeda." The 32mm 3-piece alloy snap-back case is in excellent condition. The dial is silver-beige and the numbers are gold outlined in black. The hands are gold colored including the sunken subseconds. The back is marked "Majetek Vojenske Spravy" (Property of Military Affairs). With a period black leather band. A very collectable watch in excellent condition. Offered in time for you to add to your collection
As a christmas present to yourself just in time. I usually dislike Russian pieces as they are copies. This is different
It has warmth, authenticity and is nicely made. And for the selling price of 245 + shipping you cannot go wrong.
It would normally sell for much more – this is a special offer to MWR - if not sold will go on ebay for much more.
