An RARE Citizen Diver's
Hi guys...this is my first post here at the PX, after lurking on the forum for the past few months. If you feel this watch doesn't belong here, please remove the post...absolutely no offense taken.
This is only the second one of these Citizen Seven Star watches I've ever seen. It's a massive automatic, in solid stainless steel, and hails from the late '60s-early '70s from the looks of it. The case measures a whopping 45mm across (w/o crowns) and 50mm lug to lug…BIG is the word.
Featuring 2 crowns, one for winding (yes this one has a manual wind capability) and setting the time, the other for turning the rotating inner elapsed time bezel. It has quick set date, and the day is semi-quick set via reverse turning of the crown…each hour passed advances it one day. In a robust screw back case (the original signed crowns do not screw down) with the original THICK acrylic crystal in excellent shape (some light scratches, no chips or dings). The case is in used but not abused condition..light scratches and a couple of small nicks on the bezel. Polished bezel, brushed lug tops.
The cool cross hair dial and inner bezel are very crisp…some small dust particles only. The markers glow VERY brightly and are not dirty or faded. The markers are slightly more green than the photo shows. The hands do show some darkening.
Comes on a HUGE full length ORIGINAL Citizen bracelet which should fit just about anyone.
Signed clasp.
I wore it around a while the day I got it and a couple of my "watch cronies" thought it was a LeCoultre Polaris…this watch has a very similar look, minus the alarm, and minus about $3000 in price.
Price $275, shipped (U.S)

The watch is running fine, and keeping excellent time, but is sold as described, as pictured, and is a FINAL SALE. Please check my feedback at E*bay, user name RKNY…lots of happy customers. Plenty of Timezone references available too.
Buyer pays with U.S. Postal Money Orders ONLY. Email me with any questions!
Thanks for looking, Rob.
