1. I came across your website yesterday (from your entry on the MWR website "CWC BRITISH MILITARY CHRONOGRAPH").
I'm slightly puzzled by the following. In the "Military Watches" section of your website, the photograph is of a CWC military chronograph (it seems identical to a photograph on the Silverman's website) but your text states:
"The watch in the graphic above is the Bell & Ross GMT military watch. The design of this watch and others from the same manufacturer are based on an aircraft instrument panel. The main criteria is legibility such as black dial, white clearly legible numerals, and broad white pointed hands. The GMT hand is a 24 hour hand. This is used for reading distance. The GMT hand is set to local time in the home country. The regular hands are set to local time. You can judge distance away from the home country by the differential between local time and the time in the home country. Excellent for long distance fliers."
2. I fly here in PNG, and I am interested in a CWC pilot's chronograph, if that is indeed what you have for sale. You mention that it runs a couple of minutes fast per hour but that this could be adjusted: if it were adjusted, how accurate would such a watch be, more-or-less? I'm not really a collector - I want a watch to use - but I prefer the simple, functional design of something like this. But if it's not going to be accurate, I would need to look at something else, because I need to know the time more than I need to like the watch.
I'd be grateful for your advice.
3. With regard to the Silverman's website, would you be able to give me any information regarding the three different CWC pilot's watches they figure?
