Here is the story and description againMade in Austrailia first ran across these from a guy who was getting them in and selling them to USMC Force Recon guys I have seen them in use by some special ops unit and for the sake of not "whoring" this bunch out any more figure it out , they are not issue that I know of just seen several of these guys wearing them they are great for watches,compasses and depth gauges, it is nylon webbing with a breaking strain of 900kg
