Black Is Beautiful!

Here's a very unusual non-U.S. market Citizen chrono in striking matte black and orange. Very IWC Fliegeresque in style
and size.

Featuring a 39mm case, not including the crown, domed mineral crystal, big beefy lugs, polished steel screw back (not
black), quickset date, and fliplock bracelet. The Citizen logo is engraved on the back and on the non-screwdown crown.

The unique deep orange Arabic numerals make this watch highly legible. The hands are luminous and there are luminous
dots at the minute marks, but the numbers themselves are not luminous. The dial is matte black and the separate angled
minute chapter is glossy black…a nice combination.

The thick steel case is finished in matte black (except for the back) and the bracelet with its interesting cross hatched center
links is slightly less matte. Honestly, the bracelet isn't all that great. It certainly looks good and the clasp is well made, but the
links are rolled steel, not solid. This gives the bracelet a somewhat flimsy feel. The watch will look and feel a thousand times
better on a nice thick strap (20mm). I was tempted to put a strap on it, but I wanted to keep it original. Who knows, you may
actually like the bracelet. It is different.

The quartz movement has a couple of interesting features. When the chrono is engaged, the seconds chapter at 6 spins like
a madman for the first 30 seconds of timing…a split seconds feature. After 30 seconds it stops at zero. The sweep continues
to count the seconds, and there are separate 60 minute and 12 hour registers at 12 and 9. The chrono can be stopped and
reset by the bottom pusher in one action, effectively making the watch a flyback. When done using the chronograph, you
must pull the crown out to the time setting position and push it back in to reactivate normal seconds counting of the 6 o'clock
register (it will still be in the zero position from using the chronograph)…or you can leave the seconds stopped at zero if you
want to save some battery life by not showing the seconds at all.

All in all, an offbeat, uncommon watch with a unique twist on a classic style. Brand new, unworn, blue sticker covering the
bracelet, sticker on the back, hang tags attached, but sorry, no box or paperwork.

Price: $180, shipped anywhere in the U.S.

The watch is guaranteed as described and as pictured, but is a FINAL SALE.

Please check my feedback at E*bay, user name RKNY…lots of happy customers. Tons of other references
available too.

U.S. customers only please, and no trades, sorry. Buyers pay by U.S. Postal Money Orders only.

Email me with any questions.

Thanks for looking,
Rob.
