This is a genuine, not a re-issue, 1988 steel Marathon Navigator.
Screw-down crown. White luminous vial at 12 and other markers. Tritium- gas vials are not paint. They light up like Christmas in the dark, and even in semi-darkness, like no other watch. They do not need light to remain charged.
The rotating bezel is just like a Rolex Submariner's, but without the "pearl". Government-spec quartz movement, hacking.
Tritium gas-vial luminous. User-friendly battery hatch on back opens with a quarter. Solid steel case, acrylic crystal. Nylon issue or NATO strap through fixed spring bars. Water-resistant to 6 ATM.
Military numbers on the solid steel back. 47.5mm lug to lug, 42mm across the case X 11mm tall x 20mm lug width. "Marathon", "H3", and white Arabic numbers on dial.
