Do I qualify for MODL

I received my positive letter from ACS but don't know if i qualify for MODL.The letter says
"Your skills have been assesed to be suitable for migration under 2231-79(C++/C#/C Specialist)of the ASCO Code, being the skilled occupation indicated that you intend to nominate in a General Skilled Migration application"
"Based on the provided certified documentation it is the opinion of the ACS that the applicant has 12 months experience in C++/C#/C.

Congratulations, your MODL nomination has been recognised by the ACS.
