RPL or Skill Assessment

I have done My BCS (Bachelor in Computer science) 3 years in 2002 from Pakistan. and working as oracle developer and database administrator till now.

1- My question is that in which group i fall A or B.
2- Do i need to go with RPL?
3- is my work experience is enough to get MODL points

I guess you are eligible to apply through GROUP A route.
