Certifying docs

Hi,
How to get the references certified in my case

a) I worked in australia for 3 years during 2001-2003. I have references but how to get it certified as I am in kuwait?

b) same case for work references from UAE.

Somebody please help me.

In my view to certify documents one just require an origional copy. If you have origional copy, anybody can certify these documents. I have my master's degree from Australia but I certified that degree in India. So I hope it does not matter. Certifying documents is just mean to check whether origional and photocopy is same.
