ACS asked for more documents

Hi,

I've applied for ACS and they have come back asking for the detailed job description documents from my previous employers. Currently, i'm in Australia and is not possible for me to get the letters from my previous employers as one of the company was already closed and is very hard to get the letters from other companies.

In this situation, is there any other way to proceed further in getting the approval from ACS?. Pleasd advice.

Thanks,
Uday.

Hi Uday,
In my view if it is not possible for you to obtain detailed references from your employers due to any reason, go with statuatory(check spelling) declaration and mention detailed job description and reason why you are not able to provide detailed employers references. It will be good if you can speak/write email to person who is handling your case. I hope you will be able to find out some other way.

Regards,

Lalit
