I did not receive references from my previous company. I am still in contact with my Director whonow lives in Perth. He is able to provide the reference as is my previous manager. They no longer work for the same company. Will the references still count? I am still able to get a reference from at least one senior colleage that still works there...so I am guessing go for all three! Thanks guys( and girls)for your your help.
