my status changed

my status has changed from "in process" to "with accessor" two days today ago. ACS received my application on 20th of november, 2008. but i'm keeping my finger cross for the result.it will take 21 days before i receive the result

Same case here. Even my status changed to 'With Assessor' on 10th Feb. My Appeal application was received on 24th Nov. It should have taken 4-6 weeks. Mate, I forgot to notice whether this message of result will reach in 21 days or so appear on every status or just when status changes to 'With Assessor' ???

this message only appears when your status changes to "with accessor" but not on everbody's status
