I have few questions before lodging my ACS application.

1. Can I lodge the entire application online, instead of sending via physical postal.



2. Though I have employer reference from my current and previous employer but not from first employer. I have only appointment letter and relieving letter from him..Will it create any problem?



3. Does certified copy means - Taking a Xerox of original document and getting it notarized?

These answers are based on my understanding of process :



1) There is no way to lodge application online



2) That will be fine but you need to also submit Statuary Declaration mentioning complete job detail and reason for not submiting Employer Reference (for first employee)



3) Yes you are right

I've submitted my application online using above form and I still need to send the hard copies of my documents to ACS.

Now online facility is available. But why now you want to send your hard copies. I hope you would be require to upload scanned copies ?



Or they still asking for hardcopies ?

I'm not exactly sure why they need the hard copies once they have the scanned ones. Possibly a legal requirement. Sounds like the processing is faster this way.

I also thought that everything will be online..but it is not..sending hardcopies is mandatory..

I don't think it is faster, rather online is slower.. why?

First you file your application online..wait for 10 days...then they ask you to send hardcopies..then you again lose few days sending them hardcopies.. whereas with offline application everything is done at once.

1) Now, you can send your application online, but you will still need to send the hard copym why can you send the hard copies ones and for all?







2) Send all the job details you got and statutory declaration for the one you dont have
