RPL route or straight asessment?

Good Day to all.

I wish to have my skills assessed by ACS but not sure if i am to take the RPL
or the normal assessment procedure. Details below:

-8 yrs IT experience in Security Management
-1 yr in Oracle database ADministration

- graduated from a school in the Philippines classified under Section #2 from the list of
accredited schools for migration purposes in Australia.

- graduated in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in COMPUTER MANAGEMENT
with the following computer subjects:

comp 1 Fundamental Concepts of computers
comp 2 Fundamentals of computer programming
comp 3 system analysis and design
comp 4 computer math
comp 5 computer hardware design and concepts
comp 6 structure of programming
comp 7 systems software 1
comp 8 operating systems and computer architecture 1
comp 9 systems software II
comp 10 computer organization and management
comp 11 operating systems and computer architecture II
comp 12 Current trends and development and special computer applications
comp 13 Computer: Social impact, ethics and responsibilities

13 computer subject over 77 subjects in BSBA Computer Management Degree.

is this sufficient to exclude me from RPL?

Experts, your advice is needed.
