Validity of RPL

Hi, I've actually submitted my positive RPL result (non-MODL) together with my PR application to DIAC/Immi early Nov 2008. But due to the economic condition, the priorities of processing have changed and now I'm still waiting patiently for the assignment of a Case Officer.

My question is on the validity of my RPL result as I believe it's valid for one year only. Since I've already submitted to DIAC and the delay is on their part, do I still need to write to ACS to renew my RPL?

Any advice/tip is appreciated.

Kenny

Kenny

In your case, your skills assessment result must be valid at the time your skilled visa is lodged.

So, even if your RPL result "expires" before your visa application is finalised, you won't have to worry.
