Applied for RPL online.

1. There was a pop-up that mentioned 'Your payment was not accepted (DO NOT HONOUR). However your application has been lodged and you will be contacted in the near future to provide an alternate payment method.'.

2. RPL Application Form guidelines mention the foll: 'Those who pay by Credit Card are warned that should the bank decline the transaction, alternative method of payment must be arranged. Credit card payment will not be acceptable in this instance. Your processing time will pause until a new payment (via another form) is made.'

As per 1, ACS would contact me. As per 2, it appears that I can contact them.

I am slightly concerned about contacting ACS by email/phone, as I understand that they don't encourage queries, and it may also delay the processing of my application.

Can somebody advice me on whether I should contact ACS, or I should wait for ACS to contact me?

I wrote an email to ACS on this, and they responded immediately that I can arrange for an alternative method of payment.
